The apartment with an area of 206 square meters (2,217 sq. ft.) was offered for rent on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street in downtown Moscow and included five rooms with palace-style exclusive renovation, antique furniture, expensive European household appliances and panorama views of Moscow, the realty firm said in its report.

At the same time, a no less prestigious three-room apartment with a floorspace of 240 square meters on Leningradsky Prospect, which stretches from the center to the capital"s northwest, could be rented for $40,000 a month in February.
